About Me! Who Am I?

I am Helena Warner, a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (certified through the Ohio State Education Department) and a trauma-informed coach with decades of personal research and lived experience in childhood trauma and recovery.

I grew up with two alcoholic parents and witnessed things in that house that stayed with me long after I left. For years I tried to outrun it. I read the books, sat across from the therapists, and did all the things you are supposed to do. Some of it helped for a little while. None of it reached the deep part.

So I went on my own journey inward. I did the hard, quiet work of going back through my childhood, sitting with what I found there, and learning how to release what my body had been holding onto for decades. What I discovered changed everything for me. And it is what I now share with the women I work with.
